Reflections :
At the age of nine, I was already inspired to be become a motivating teacher. However I realised that to become a teacher in Primary or Secondary schools these days, one must excel in multiple subjects. In Primary school I excelled only in Mathematics and in Secondary school I scored distinctions for my Principles of Accounting (POA) and Elementary Mathematics. My main strength was with numbers rather than Language itself. Meanwhile I constantly participated in annual sporting events held by my school and regularly took home trophies and medals for winning in various sports from Soccer to Shot Put. Also I represented my Primary School and Secondary School for different sports Co- Curricular Activities (CCA). I soon came to a conclusion that I could be a Physical Education teacher with the kind of Qualifications I have achieved. I liked the idea of being a P.E teacher because I loved to teach and secondly because I get to have fun while teaching my students. Personally, my life has revolved around this chinese proverb. '' Give a man a fish and you feed for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed for a lifetime.'' My family has learnt to give and appreciate the self-satisfaction one gets from giving to others. And I believe, this characteristic is still running in my blood.
